AFC Victory Fund Endorses Ty Masterson for Kansas Governor

DALLAS, Texas — AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of Kansas state senator Ty Masterson in the state's Republican gubernatorial primary. Masterson’s legislative record demonstrates his commitment to championing school choice at the state and federal levels. 

As Senate President, Ty Masterson helped lead the Legislature’s successful effort to opt Kansas in to the Education Freedom Tax Credit by overriding the sitting governor’s veto. Thanks to his efforts and those of his colleagues, Masterson helped ensure Kansas K-12 students will be able to access school choice scholarships. 

This endorsement reflects AFC VF’s commitment to supporting candidates with proven records of advancing education freedom. Senator Masterson’s advocacy aligns with AFC VF’s mission to expand educational opportunity for families in Kansas and across the country.
