AFC Victory Fund Backs Proven School Choice Champion Marsha Blackburn for Tennessee Governor
DALLAS, Texas – AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn in Tennessee’s Republican gubernatorial primary, citing her longstanding commitment to advancing school choice and empowering parents with greater educational opportunities for their children.
Under Governor Bill Lee’s leadership, Tennessee established the state’s landmark Education Freedom Scholarship (EFS) Program in 2025, significantly expanding EFS in 2026 in response to overwhelming demand.
