DALLAS, Texas — AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of Tommy Tuberville for Alabama governor, citing his unwavering commitment to advancing school choice and empowering parents with greater educational opportunities for their children.
Tuberville has been a vocal supporter of Alabama's CHOOSE Act, which was signed into law in 2024 and established education savings accounts to help families access the education that best meets their children's needs. He has publicly called for expanding the program to reach even more Alabama students.
In the U.S. Senate, Tuberville has consistently championed policies that expand school choice and put parents in charge of their children's education, including supporting the passage of the historic federal Education Freedom Tax Credit in 2025. With Alabama already opted into the tax credit, more than 800,000 students across the state will be eligible to benefit.
