DALLAS, Texas — AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of Alan Wilson for Governor of South Carolina, highlighting his support for parental rights, educational freedom, and expanding school choice opportunities for families across the state.
Alan Wilson has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring South Carolina parents have greater freedom to choose the educational setting that works best for their children. Throughout his public service and tenure as Attorney General, Wilson has stood with families and supported policies that put parents in the driver’s seat when it comes to their children’s education. As South Carolina continues to expand educational opportunity, Wilson is committed to protecting that progress and building on it as governor.
Statement from Tommy Schultz, CEO, AFC Victory Fund:
“Alan Wilson understands that empowering parents and expanding educational opportunities are good for South Carolina students, families, and taxpayers. He believes parents should have the strongest voice in determining where and how their children learn, and he will fight to protect the educational choices families have today while creating even more opportunities in the future.
“The choice for South Carolina voters could not be clearer. Alan Wilson will defend school choice and stand with parents who want the freedom to choose the best education for their children. Families deserve a governor who will build on the progress South Carolina has made, not take opportunities away from students who depend on them.
“AFC Victory Fund is proud to endorse Alan Wilson for governor, and we look forward to working alongside him to expand educational freedom and ensure even more South Carolina families can access the learning environment that best meets their children’s needs.”
