AFC Victory Fund Endorses Governor Greg Abbott for Reelection
DALLAS, TEXAS — AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of Governor Greg Abbott for reelection, recognizing his steadfast leadership on behalf of families and his commitment to expanding educational opportunities for every student in Texas.
Governor Abbott has made education freedom a defining priority of his administration. He has boldly led on the issue, risking his own political capital and traveling across the state to make the case for putting parents in charge of their children’s education.
That leadership produced historic results. Working alongside school choice champions in the legislature, Governor Abbott signed the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program into law last year, giving more than 100,000 families the ability to pursue the educational environment that best meets their children’s individual needs.
The victory marked the culmination of years of work by parents, advocates, and policymakers who refused to accept a system in which a child’s educational opportunities are determined by their ZIP code.
AFC Victory Fund has invested significantly in electing school choice champions across the state and will continue informing voters about candidates who support educational freedom and empowering parents.

“Texans want more opportunities for their kids, not fewer, and that is one of the many reasons why Governor Abbott will be victorious in November.
