AFC Victory Fund Endorses Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick for Reelection

DALLAS, TEXAS — AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick for reelection, recognizing his years of steadfast leadership in the fight to expand school choice and give Texas families greater control of their children’s education. 

 Lt. Gov. Patrick is a tenacious champion for school choice. For years in the Texas Senate, he prioritized expanding educational opportunity, repeatedly advancing legislation even when final passage was unlikely. School choice would not have passed without his leadership.  

 Lt. Gov. Patrick’s persistence helped lay the groundwork for the historic breakthrough in 2025, when lawmakers ultimately enacted the Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) program. To date, TEFA has granted more than 116,000 scholarships for students, giving families the opportunity to pursue the educational environment that best meets their children’s needs.
