DALLAS, TX – AFC Victory Fund today congratulated New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte on her reelection victory, celebrating the success of a proven school choice champion who has prioritized expanding educational opportunity and empowering parents.
AFC Victory Fund endorsed Governor Ayotte ahead of the election, recognizing her steadfast commitment to education freedom. During her first term, she signed legislation expanding eligibility for the state’s Education Freedom Accounts program, resulting in 12,500 students enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year. In addition, she opted New Hampshire in to the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit (EFTC), paving the way for 174,000 students to benefit from scholarships.
