AFC Victory Fund Endorses Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick

Dallas, TX -  AFC Victory Fund today endorsed Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick for re-election, citing his rock-solid record of decisive leadership and his long-standing commitment to expanding Texas families’ educational options.

Lt. Gov. Patrick was integral in advancing and securing passage of the most expansive day-one school choice legislation ever enacted in the United States earlier this year. The Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) Program empowers parents statewide with greater control over their children’s education and expands access to a wide range of learning opportunities designed to help students succeed.

For years, he has been a driving force behind school choice, consistently passing legislation. Thanks in large part to his unwavering commitment to improving students’ educational experiences, TEFA became reality.

The Lieutenant Governor has powerfully and consistently advocated for reforms that allow students to pursue educational paths aligned with their unique abilities and aspirations. Thanks to his leadership in the Texas Senate, Texas has emerged as a national leader in school choice.

Statement from Tommy Schultz, CEO, AFC Victory Fund
“Lt. Gov. Patrick knows empowering parents with genuine school choice is the key that unlocks optimal educational outcomes. His leadership during the 2025 legislative session was critical to securing a historic school choice win for families across Texas. AFC Victory Fund is proud to stand behind Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick—a leader who consistently puts parents first and boldly defends educational freedom.”
