AFC Victory Fund Endorses New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte for Reelection

DALLAS, TX – AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte for reelection, citing the expansion of the state’s Educational Freedom Account program during her first term. 

Ayotte’s signature on SB 295 in June of 2025 removed the program’s household eligibility restriction, and in so doing, empowered even more New Hampshire families with school choice. For year one, the cap on participation was 10,000 students. 

Importantly, lawmakers during Ayotte’s first term correctly anticipated broad take-up of the new program and established a growth mechanism tied to student enrollment. That growth mechanism has already come into play, with the program expanding to accommodate 12,500 students in the 2026-2027 school year.
