DALLAS, Texas — AFC Victory Fund today announced its endorsement of U.S. Rep. Byron Donalds for Florida governor, highlighting his record of supporting school choice and expanding parents’ ability to choose the educational environment that best meets their children’s needs.
Florida continues to set the pace nationally on education freedom, with more than 500,000 students participating annually in school choice programs including the Family Empowerment Scholarship and Florida Tax Credit Scholarship. Rep. Donalds, a champion for education freedom, knows that school choice has a positive effect on private and public school student outcomes and has acted to expand it. His opponent, David Jolly, has called to limit education freedom in the state and deny thousands of Floridian students access to the education that best meets their needs.
Throughout his service in both Tallahassee and Washington, Rep.
